In these Terms, “DESIGNSTUFF”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DESIGNSTUFF GROUP DENMARK ApS.
“You” refers to the customer.
2. SCOPE
These Terms apply to purchases made by private consumers via designstuff.dk.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business and require B2B terms, please contact wholesale@designstuff.com prior to ordering.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A binding contract is formed once we send you a shipping confirmation.
DESIGNSTUFF reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including:
• pricing errors
• stock unavailability
• technical issues
• suspected fraud
If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in DKK or EUR, depending on your selected currency and location. All prices include VAT where applicable.
For customers in the UK, Switzerland and Norway, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via our payment providers.
5. DELIVERY
DESIGNSTUFF delivers within the EU, as well as to the UK, Switzerland and Norway.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Risk transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact care@designstuff.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfilment or been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may use your right of withdrawal as described below.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods, or the last item in the case of multiple deliveries.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email hello@designstuff.dk with:
• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw
You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
• unused
• in original packaging
• in resaleable condition
• securely packaged for transit
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct for loss of value.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery.

8. REFUNDS
If you withdraw from your purchase, DESIGNSTUFF will refund:
• the purchase price
• standard outbound shipping costs, where required under EU law
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or earlier upon proof of return shipment.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact care@designstuff.com as soon as possible with:
• your order number
• photos of the issue
• photos of packaging if relevant
Under Danish consumer law, you have a two-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your claim is valid, DESIGNSTUFF will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to display products as accurately as possible.
Please note:
• colours may vary depending on screen settings
• natural materials may show slight variations
Such variations are not considered defects.
11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions may be subject to additional terms published at the time of the campaign.
Unless otherwise stated:
• discount codes cannot be applied retroactively
• offers are subject to availability
• promotions may be amended or discontinued where reasonably necessary
12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, DESIGNSTUFF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on designstuff.dk, including text, imagery, graphics and branding, is the property of DESIGNSTUFF or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with DESIGNSTUFF, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
