Right of Cancellation
If you are a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
Partial Returns
You may return part of your order if you wish to keep some items and return others.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded in the case of partial returns.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us and inform us that you wish to return your order.

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
You cannot cancel an order by simply refusing delivery or not collecting the parcel without notifying us.
Returning Your Order
If you cancel your order, the items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
Returns sent COD or to parcel shops cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
If you cancel your entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the additional cost will not be refunded.
For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return or documentation confirming the return shipment.
Condition of Returned Items
You may examine the product as you would in a physical store to assess its nature and features. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.
To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning items in their original packaging.
Please ensure items are securely packaged when returning them.
Claims
If you receive a defective or faulty product, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
You have the right to submit a claim within 24 months from the date of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If the claim is accepted, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
